Delivery & Set Up
We understand how important it is to have safe, clean, and sanitized equipment for your event. We are a fully licensed and insured company. We guarantee a bounce house professional with on time delivery and the best equipment available. We want you to choose us because of our customer service, dependability, and of course our quality clean inflatables.
KC Bounce Company is committed to providing customers with everything they’re looking for, which of course includes delivery and complete set up.

Each unit will be delivered anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours before your party. You will not be billed for this time. You pay for your reserved bouncer time only.
It will take approximately 30 minutes to set up the unit, inspect for safety, check operation, and go over the contract guidelines. Most bounce houses require a minimum space of 20 ft. by 20 ft. and a height of 17 ft. Most combos and slides require 36 ft. by 18 ft. and a height of 18 ft. A household electrical outlet (and a water supply for slides) must be available within 50 ft. of where unit will be placed.
All reservations with KC Bounce Company require a $50 non refundable deposit on a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card in advance of the event to secure a reservation. In the event of a cancellation the deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is the fault of KC Bounce Company. If the weather is not cooperating on the day of your reservation we will be happy to work with you to reschedule your reservation with no cost or penalty.

As a safety precaution, if it is actively raining or storming we will not deliver or setup the unit. Once the unit is set up we will be unable to provide any reimbursement or refund for bad weather. We will work with you the day of your rental if threatening weather is present or approaching.
