Do you offer gift certificates?

Absolutely! We offer gifts certificates for all of our inflatables and party equipment. Our most popular gift certificate is for a full day bounce house rental! Contact us by phone to purchase a gift certificate.

What is your policy for damaged products?

If damage happens, contact us immediately. A $100 damage fee will be charged for anything outside of normal wear and tear. (Dog bites, cuts with knife, sharpie marks, etc.)

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Visa, Master Card, American Express. We also take cash. We require a card for your security deposit. We also accept cash at drop off for remaining balance.

How do I hold my date?

Full amount is due upon booking to hold your reservation. 

Oh no! It rained and got muddy! Is there a cleaning charge?

No! As long as it is normal cleaning, we will do it. If excessive cleaning is needed, there may be a $50-$100 cleaning fee added on. (i.e. silly string, gum, food, paint)

Can I pick up the bounce house?

Unfortunately, no. For the safety of all jumpers, it is required that our staff deliver and set up each unit.

Can our bounce house be set up inside?

Yes! Indoor set up is just as quick and easy as outdoor set up! The only thing to be aware of is to make sure there is enough ceiling height for the unit to fully inflate!

What are my responsibilities during the event?

You must adhere to the safety and operating guidelines provided. A responsible adult must be present at all times the unit is in use. This person must know the safety and operating guidelines and enforce them at all times. The inflatable item will not be set up until the contact/liability waiver is signed.

What is your cancellation/rain policy?

To cancel or reschedule, sufficient notice must be given at least 48 hours before the start of your event. Cancellation of the event with less than 48 hours notice will result in a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellation after set up has begun will result in forfeit of any refunds. If the weather forecast is looking questionable for the time of your event (ex. rain possibility) we can still set up if you choose, however, no refunds, discounts, or rain checks will be given if the weather changes. For safety reasons, we reserve the right to cancel any rental due to rain, high winds (15 mph or more), or other weather related issues.
